Glenn McFarland, alias Austin AquaMan has been in the Austin Scuba diving community for 25 years. As the founder of Austin Aquasports, Glenn has been involved in a broad cross section of the diving industry. Over the span of a quarter century Glenn's best known projects other than Austin Aquasports have involved pushing human potential. Early on Glenn spent much of his time with Jim Bowden on expedition in Mexico. The early nineties found Glenn helping the Eels on Wheels, a scuba club for people with disabilities. The new millennium brought Tanya Streeter to Austin and into Glenn's community of friends. Working together with Tom Lupton and Paul Streeter, Glenn designed and built Tanya's sled for her World Record free dives in 2003 and 2004.

Glenn also works with his wife and their horse ranch in TX along with his twin brother Gary on some of Austin's finest homes. In his spare time Glenn supports the efforts of Oceanic Expeditions.
